Pre-launch: onboarding founding vendors in batches
The intent signal, without the Brand and Ads tax

See which companies are evaluating your software, and get cited when AI agents shortlist.

Named in-market accounts in your CRM, plus visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Without G2-level contracts.

No gift-card reviews. No pay-to-rank.

The problem

Pipeline targets keep rising. Intent keeps getting more expensive.

If you run demand gen at a B2B SaaS company doing $50M+ in revenue, you probably already pay a review site for profiles, intent and ads, and you're asked to prove what it returns.

More pipeline, same budget

Targets climb every quarter, but headcount and budget don't. Every program has to show which accounts it actually moved.

Review-site intent costs keep rising

Intent data, sponsored placements and pay-per-click on review sites are often sold as add-ons, on annual contracts, on top of the base profile. The bill grows faster than the signal.

Buyers ask AI instead of clicking

More buyers ask an AI assistant for a shortlist and never visit the comparison page. You lose the click, the visit, and the intent signal that came with it.

Why now

AI agents are starting to do the shortlisting.

Assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude increasingly answer “what's the best tool for…?” directly. If your product isn't described in a way agents can read, compare and cite, you can drop off the shortlist before a human ever sees it.

  • 1
Trusted sources shape the answer. Assistants lean on publications, analysts, Reddit and reviews more than your own site. Structured facts help, but third-party proof decides.
  • 2
Being recommended is the new ranking. A mention isn't enough. What matters is whether the assistant names you first, speaks well of you, and next to whom.
  • 3
Intent moves upstream. The research happens in AI conversations and agent queries, so the signal has to be captured where profiles are read.

What are the best revenue intelligence tools for a 400-person SaaS company?
Here are three options buyers often consider:
  1. Vendor A: strong forecasting
  2. Vendor B: conversation intelligence
  3. Vendor C: sales engagement
If you're not in that list, the buyer may never reach your site.
What you get

One profile that works for buyers, AI agents and your CRM.

Publicly, your profile shows only anonymized, aggregate intent. Named accounts go privately to you, the verified vendor.

Named intent accounts in your CRM

Companies researching you, comparing you to competitors, or viewing pricing, synced to Salesforce or HubSpot.

Company-level only, never individuals. Buyers can opt out.

AI search visibility

Track how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and AI Overviews recommend you for your category: how often you're named first, whether the tone is positive, mixed or negative, and the objections they raise.

Measured across repeated daily runs, with the sources AI trusts and segment gaps to close.

Agent-ready profile + readiness score

A structured profile (pricing, integrations, API/MCP access, proof) and a score showing what agents can and can't evaluate.

A checklist of fixes, ranked by impact.

Customer proof with real case studies

Your published case studies, with the metric quoted exactly as published and a link to the source.

No invented or rounded numbers.

Every lead from your profile is yours

Demo, pricing and contact requests submitted on your branded profile go directly to you, delivered to your CRM.

No per-lead fees. Never resold or shared with competitors.

ROI, as an example, not a promise: founding pricing is $6,000 a year ($500 × 12), compared with a reported median G2 contract of about $28,000 a year.1 If your average deal is worth more than $6,000, one extra closed deal a year covers it.

FAQ

Questions

Is it live?

Not yet. SoftwareApplications.com is pre-launch. We're onboarding founding vendors in small batches and will contact each one personally before their profile goes live.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The $500 deposit is 100% refundable, anytime, no questions asked, until launch. If you stay, it's credited to your first month.

How is buyer privacy handled?

Public profiles only show anonymized, aggregate intent: no company names, no people. Named accounts are shared only with the verified vendor, at company level, never individuals, and buyers can opt out.

Do you pay for reviews?

No. We don't offer gift cards or incentives for reviews, and vendors can't pay to rank. Unlike incentive-driven review programs, our profiles are built from real buying signals and verifiable customer proof.

How is this different from G2?

We're built for how buyers research now: profiles structured for AI agents and AI search, tracking how often AI recommends you against your competitors (and which sources it trusts), and company-level intent synced to your CRM. Every lead submitted on your profile (demo, pricing or contact requests) goes directly to you, with no per-lead fees, and is never resold or shared with competitors. You get one flat founding price ($500/month, no annual contract) instead of a base plan plus add-ons. There are no review incentives or paid rankings: profiles are built from buying signals and sourced customer proof. Many teams will run it alongside their review sites.

What do I need to do?

Reserve a spot (deposit or waitlist). When your batch opens, we'll ask for access to your public materials, pricing and integrations details and a CRM connection, then build the profile with you. Expect a short kickoff call.

Refundable until launch. We'll reach out personally.
